Lean into spring time with more confidence and ease after we take a look at the season from an Ayurvedic lens and you experience a full reset with a soothing sound journey.
What to expect:
Learn some tips and tricks to aid in the transition into the new season and give your body, mind and spirit a full reset by receiving healing frequency and sound waves.

Award-winning writer Suzanne Roberts and Yoga guide Jenay Aiksnoras are offering a unique experience that combines yoga and creativity. Move your body intentionally; observe as it awakens and as you become more attuned to what your body is telling you and generate the stories our bodies most want to tell. This 120-minute practice will combine yoga asana, mindfulness, writing, and discussion (only sharing if you wish to).
Arrive prepared with a notebook, and pen. Bring your own mat and tools or rent them for $5.

Healing Sound Sessions
We invite you to experience the resonate healing properties of sound and vibration. Share in the experience of combining poetry, mindfulness, guided meditations and restorative therapeutic sound practices including Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drum, and Crystal Quartz singing bowls. You will be bathed in sound, paired with ancient healing reiki energies, in a meditative and relaxing space.

Tahoe Mushroom Company Master Cultivator Kyle Woodland presents an experiential workshop about the magic of mushrooms from spore to cap. Learn about wild mushrooms as well as how he sprouts his Tahoe grown fungi in his custom designed warehouse right here in Lake Tahoe. Participants will get to see, smell, and even taste locally harvested mushrooms. Receive guidance in how to grow culinary mushrooms in your home using your own curated kit.
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. Based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates, the mat work came before any of the Pilates Apparatus (equipment) he developed. It includes over 500 exercises and can be practiced anywhere. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level.
